I would like to take this opportunity to welcome everyone back to Mitchie and hope you all have an enjoyable season. For some of you it will be your first season and for others like myself, it will be the continuation of a long association with the Club.
We have re-launched our Senior Division this year with Steve Dolan and Mark Aponas taking over the reigns of the Premier League team. Anthony "Rita" Sommerville is a welcome addition to our staff looking after the Reserves. Alan Waller joins us after coaching Premier League at Taringa to coach our Premier Youth side.
Peter Hodgkin and Kelvin Wheeler have re-established our Metro set up and have nominated teams in the Metro 3 and Metro 5 Divisions.
The season kicks off on the weekend of 7,8 March and we're all looking forward to an exciting 2009.
