The Mitchie 6s is a fun, 6 v 6 social football comp that will run all year round on our new synthetic pitch. It will run on Sunday afternoons (weather permitting) in 10 week seasons and is open to anyone to enter. The emphasis will be on having fun with friends or family and each game day will also feature great food, cold drinks and even a band from time to time. 10 week comp for $100.00

Terms and conditions

  • The Mitchie 6s is being hosted and managed by Mitchelton Sports Club Incorporated (Mitchelton Football Club) and will be run in accordance with Rules of Competition approved by Football Queensland. All players agree to abide by the Rules of Competition and any requests for refunds of registration fees to players found to be in breach of the rules will be at the sole discretion of the Management Committee of Mitchelton Football Club.

    All players also agree to abide by the FFA Code of Conduct and the Mitchelton Football Club code of values 'The Mitchie Way'.

    Players registering in the competition take responsibility for their personal fitness and physical suitability to participate in 6 v 6 football.

    Mitchelton Football Club reserves the right to make reasonable changes to scheduled matches to allow for such things as weather conditions, lack of officials, timetable clashes or to prioritise other matches in other competitions. In such cases reasonable efforts will be made to re-schedule matches at a time suitable to both teams.

    Mitchelton Football Club reserves the right to adjust age groups and categories in order to reasonably manage the competition. This may include capping numbers of teams, joining categories (in the event of fewer teams entering than required) or dividing categories (for example into Division 1 and 2).
