2026 July School Holiday Clinic 2 Information and registration

Terms and conditions

• I confirm that my player is correctly registered in Squadi for 2026.
• I understand that there will be no refunds provided once the clinic has commenced.
• I understand that the clinic commences at 8:30am each day and I will have my player at the clinic 10 mins prior to the start time to complete check in.
• I understand that the clinic concludes at 11:30am each day and I will be on time to collect my player at the conclusion of each day.
• SQUADI:
  All participants are required to register for the clinic in Squadi. A link from the MFC administrator will be sent to each participant after initial registration with MFC.
  If the player participating in the clinic is not registered into a 2026 FQ competition package then that player will be required to register into the MFC Social Player/Participants option in Squadi. A fee of $15.00 is payable to Football Queensland for this membership. Additionally, there is a FQ per player clinic participation fee of $3.30 for ALL participants.
• PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
  I acknowledge that participation in the MFC clinic and its activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury, illness, or accident. These risks may arise from, but are not limited to, physical activity, contact with other participants, use of equipment, environmental conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  I voluntarily choose to participate in the clinic and assume full responsibility for all risks of injury, loss, or damage that may occur during my participation.
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that Mitchelton Football Club (MFC), its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, coaches, and representatives are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death suffered by me (or my child/ward) arising from participation in the clinic, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  I confirm that I (or my child/ward) am physically fit and able to participate in clinic activities and that any relevant medical conditions have been disclosed to MFC prior to participation.
