Season 2026 Information and registration

Terms and conditions

• Club fees for each registered player must be paid for in full, or alternatively have an approved Payment Plan in place, before the first regular season game in their respective competition. If this condition is not met, the player will not be allowed to compete in the competition until payment is made. Payments accepted by via the online registration system by card or by bank transfer. If the payments agreed to in the approved Payment Plan are not made according to the agreed schedule, any fees or penalties incurred will be paid by the payer. Such non-payment may also affect the registered player's participation in the season, not be permitted to attend training or participate in games.
  
  There is no set up fee for payment plans, however there is a fixed fee of $0.99 cents per direct debit. There is also a $5.50 fee for a failed direct debit (e.g. lack of funds in the nominated account) and a $2.75 fee for a direct debit that is cancelled on the day the debit is due.
• I acknowledge that if a request for refund is made, any refund will be at the sole discretion of the Mitchelton Football Club (MFC) committee, and all requests must be made in writing to the MFC committee for consideration. Any refund will be subject to an administration fee of a minimum of $50.00 and will be minus any/all processing fees charged to MFC by Majestri.
• I acknowledge that I must register via with the Mitchelton Football Club, with Football Queensland and with Football Australia (as applicable) based on the detailed information provided on the club website and pay the appropriate fees for my player/me to complete the 2026 registration process.
• I/We agree to abide by all policies and procedures, codes of conduct, the MFC Constitution and By-laws, Football Queensland Codes of Conduct, Football Australia Codes of Conduct and any other laws or rules of competition as a result of any player or spectator participation for the 2026 season.
